We devote plenty of one-on-one time with our babies, showing them that they are truly unique and special. The classroom is set up to give a "backyard" feel with grass textures, picket fences and a little tree house. We provide fine motor activities such as grasping toys and using an eating utensil. We guide the children in gross motor activities such as standing in a walker/bouncer and tummy time. We have a nice reading corner with mirrors and soft pillows. We have fun outside exploring the sounds and sights around us. We provide an am snack such as milk/cereal and pm snack such as fruit/crackers. We do not provide a lunch at this time.
WE PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS MEALS
FOR ALL AGE GROUPS
Our program provides an enjoyable breakfast which includes 3 components such as fresh fruit, pancakes and varieties of cereals. The menu will show a balanced lunch with 5 components. There will be comfort foods such as all beef hot dogs but also introducing new foods to some such as tuna fish. We will also have a healthy afternoon snack such as yogurt and goldfish crackers. Milk is provided with most meals and juice will be given at least once a day. All meals will be prepared onsite by our cook and substitutions can be made.
Daily Activites
• 6:30am-8:30am- Open/Free play
• 8:30am- Breakfast
• 9am- Story Time/ Music and Movement/ Free Play
• 10:30am-Tummy Time/Group Play/ Activity Room or Outdoor Play
• 11:30am- Lunch
• 12:30pm-2:30pm- Nap/ Quite Time
• 2:30pm- Snack
• 3pm-6pm- Free Play/ Dismissal
• 6pm- Closing time
- Schedule can change at any given time
- Diapers will be checked every 2 hours
- Free play includes choices of books, dramatic play, sensory items, manipulative, and centers.
- If your child is on a special schedule, please make a copy of it and give it to the infant teachers.
